Menopause is a unique phase that calls for introspection and self-care. It's a time for self-analysis, self-observation, and self-searching. In our Menopause Yin Yoga practice, we will focus on common Menopause symptoms such as anxiety, fatigue, irritability, and insomnia. We've designed a sequence to calm and reset the nervous system, helping you manage these pesky symptoms. For this class, gather your yoga props or use substitutes like a bolster (large pillows) and a yoga strap (belt).
