As we gather in the midst of Beltane, a time nestled halfway between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, let's reflect on the delicate space between light and darkness, growth and fruition. Just as nature achieves equilibrium in this season of transition, so too can we harmonise our inner selves through the mindful practice of Menopause Yoga. Embrace the vitality of the blooming earth as we flow through sequences crafted to support our bodies during this transformative phase of life. 


Together, let's honour the resilience of our bodies and spirits, weaving grace and empowerment into our journey through menopause.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Exciting news: I've been invited back to present at the MIND, BODY SPIRIT festival for our second year, happening in Kensington Olympia. Mark your calendars for Sunday, the 26th May, as I'll be offering two FREE sessions. From 11:30 to 12:00, join me for an insightful talk on "Menopause Yoga." Then, in the afternoon at 2:15 to 3:00, don't miss out on the opportunity to participate in a grouunding menopause yoga class.
