Bareface Yoga
Sue Yen is the founder of Bareface Yoga, blending yoga wisdom with modern facial wellbeing practices to support women’s vitality, confidence and natural radiance. Her signature approach combines lymphatic drainage, acupressure point release and facial massage techniques designed to soften tension, awaken circulation and create a visible real-time lifting effect.
Through Bareface Yoga practices, you will both see and feel the difference after just one session. The face appears brighter, more lifted and refreshed, while the nervous system feels calmer and more balanced. It really is that effective.
Sue Yen’s method uniquely works from the outside in, combining mindful touch, breath and therapeutic facial techniques to support not only the skin, but the emotional and energetic wellbeing of the whole body.

For the ultimate Bareface experience, please prepare:
• A stand-alone mirror (so you can see yourself clearly alongside the demonstration - watch me, then practise on yourself)
• A heart shaped crystal Gua Sha
• A wooden Gua Sha tool
• Face oil
• A paper face mask

MyoYin Yoga
MyoYin! This innovative practice combines Yin Yoga with myofascial release, using tools like tennis balls and peanut rollers and yoga blocks to help you access and release deep-seated, stagnant energy within the body.
MyoYin classes are perfect for easing tight muscles, supporting recovery from injuries, and addressing deeply rooted tension. Through guided breathwork and the mindful stillness of Yin Yoga, we help direct the breath into areas of blockage, promoting both physical and energetic release. This transformative practice not only frees the body but also clears emotional and spiritual patterns, supporting deep healing and restoring inner balance.
These props will support you in targeting deep areas of release and maximising the benefits of MyoYin practice.
