🌼 Sacred Rhythm. Clear Purpose. Embodied Presence.

Beltane, celebrated around May 1st, marks the midpoint between the spring equinox and the summer solstice. Rooted in ancient Celtic tradition, it is a festival of fire, symbolising the return of the sun’s strength, the fertility of the land, and the blossoming of life. Traditionally, large bonfires were lit to honour the sun and to offer blessings of protection, abundance, and vitality for the season ahead. On this day, this sacred turning point can be honoured in a simple, meaningful way. As the sun sets, take a moment to light a single candle. With each flicker of its flame, invite warmth, growth, and joy into your life. As you sit quietly, reflect on what you wish to nurture in this fertile season—whether a creative project, a relationship, or your own well-being. Let the candle's glow remind you of your inner fire and the light you bring to the world.
And now here we are in the fifth month of the year, anyone else feeling like time is racing by?
While the pace may feel fast, I invite you to anchor into intention this month. I’m especially excited to begin another cycle of Menopause Yoga Teacher Training at the end of May. I’ll be guiding a new group of teachers into this deeply meaningful path. If you're reading this and feel the call to join us, drop me a message, we can schedule a chat and see if it aligns with you. This training is not just a course; it’s a foundation for your life’s work, rooted in soul and service to others.
Last month’s spontaneous 4-day Instagram challenge reminded me just how powerful simple, embodied practices can be. Your responses, especially to the Face Yoga were incredible. One of you even said, “I could see the results unfolding in front of my eyes.” So… let’s do it again...

And through it all, let’s keep returning to the sacred pause. You’ll often hear me say in class:

Let May be your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and with the deeper current of life.
