Dear Triple Goddess Yoga Yogi!
How EPIC was the OM Yoga Festival this year?
We’re still buzzing from all the love, laughter, and fascia releases!
Our brand new MyoYin and Bareface Yoga classes made their debut, and wow, the response was incredible. Faces were lifted, jaws dropped (literally and figuratively), and those myofascia release peanuts and ball tools were flying off the shelves faster than the turmeric lattes!
Truly, it was our best year yet. A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to see us, practiced with us, and shared the magic.
And the good vibes don’t stop there…
Next up, we’re heading to The Mind Body Spirit Festival in Birmingham this November 15th for their 10th Anniversary Celebration! 🎉If you live near the NEC in Birmingham and would like to come, DM me, I can try to secure a free entry ticket for you!
We’ll be bringing even more Bareface Yoga to the stage, it’s going to be epic, and we can’t wait to GLOW with the Birmingham crowd again.
But before we get to that, November is shaping up to be one busy month of Myofascial YIN Workshops around London:

An empowering new wave of women yoga teachers will soon be heading out into their own communities, sharing these tools for natural vitality, radiance, and women’s health.
