✨ Embrace the Last Days of Summer with Nourish from the Inside Out - Yin Practices


Dear Triple Goddess Yoga Community


As we approach the final month of summer, it's the perfect time to truly embrace the warmth, light, and vitality that this season brings. Many of us find ourselves in holiday mode, enjoying the outdoors, relishing in delicious foods and drinks, whilst soaking up the sun. While these activities nourish our bellies and provide joy, it's essential to remember the importance of self-care during these vibrant months.




✨ Nourish from the Inside Out

This month, we invite you to join us in our theme of "Nourish from the Inside Out." As we revel in the summer's delights, it's crucial to take moments to decompress - physically and mentally. Among these, physical and mental fatigue, brain fog, and stress can be particularly challenging.


Yin Yoga for Summer Self-Care

Our Yin Nourishing classes focus on gentle practices that help dislodge stuck, dense energy. Yin yoga is perfect for this, as it encourages deep relaxation, reduces stress, and enhances mental clarity. Through slow, mindful movements and long-held poses, we can nourish not just our physical body but also our mental and spiritual well-being.

Class Schedule:

  • Lower Body Practice - 14th Wednesday @ 2:00pm

  • Upper Body Practice - 25th Sunday @ 5:00pm


Even while on holiday, it's important to give your body and mind the space to decompress. Our Yin practices this month will target:


  • Physical Relief - Easing tension in muscles and joints, particularly those impacted by menopausal changes.

  • Mental Clarity - Helping to alleviate brain fog and enhance focus through mindful breathing and meditation.

  • Spiritual Balance - Creating a serene space within to reconnect with your inner self and find peace amidst the summer hustle.

Whether you're lounging by the beach, hiking in the mountains, or simply enjoying your backyard, remember to take time for yourself. Our Yin Nourishing class is here to support you in maintaining a balanced and healthy summer, ensuring you feel rejuvenated from the inside out.

🧳 Tight Back and Shoulders - Yin Yoga

Inspired by the strain of carrying heavy luggage and enduring long, uncomfortable commutes, this class focuses on releasing tension in the back and shoulders. This is a deep myofascial release.



✨ Go gently and bask in the warming rays of light within and let that sparkle on your skin.
