OMG… can you believe we are already in the last week of the second month of the year?
What… How, does time fly like this?
It’s this ever-increasing time shift that has inspired me to create a new daily ritual, just 10 minutes, but honestly, it has fast become my favourite part of the day.
A sacred moment with my morning coffee. Because, lately, I’ve been experimenting with (legal!) mushrooms.
Wow - the difference they are making to my clarity and creativity! I’m no expert, so I won’t be giving advice on mushroom-taking, but I will be sharing my personal journey and little rituals over on IG. (It’s like with many adaptogens, trial and error.) If that interests you, come follow along!

The art, the act of spooning in the various mushroom powder, a heap of ashwagandha, a sprinkle of cinnamon and, of course, topping it off with cocoa -simply yummy delicious in every sense. A slow, peaceful (no gadgets!) intentional moment before the day speeds up again.
And it makes me wonder… in this fast-paced 2025, can you also create a daily ritual that is peaceful, quiet, and nourishing? Something small yet sacred, just for you?

We’ll continue to explore deep release, weaving in the breath to facilitate the experience on a whole new level. Because let’s be real- many of us are feeling the intensity of how fast this year is unfolding.
This breathwork is pure brilliance, both on and off the mat. It’s a tool for symptoms such as anxiety, stress, insomnia - guiding the body back to its natural state of rest, digest, and nervous system regulation.
