Can you believe it? We're already beginning of the sixth month of the year! Time seems to be flying away, doesn't it? Are you feeling the same way?
It's as though I need to cradle the rest of the year a bit more gently than I have these past few months. Personally, I've been swept up in a whirlwind of shifts, particularly with the anticipation of a move to a new home in autumn. Amidst the flurry of preparations, my self-care rituals have taken a backseat to the overwhelming to-do list that accompanies such a significant change. It's become evident that I need to nurture myself more attentively. Lately, I've found myself drawn to indulgences, particularly in sugary treats, and their effects are beginning to manifest in various ways!!!
