Stress Incontinence
With ageing, a progressive reduction in muscle control around the pelvic floor region is inevitable. Unfortunately, the onset of menopause can increase this relaxing of the muscles even further causing stress incontinence.
Pelvic floor exercises are included in many of our short and long Triple Goddess Yoga classes. These help you to strengthen, tone and build-up the specific muscles and slow the natural decline, minimising potential embarrassing incidents!
