Welcome to the First Month of the Year ♥️
January, the first month of the Gregorian calendar, stands out for hosting various New Year celebrations across cultures. In 2025, the Chinese New Year will begin on January 29, welcoming the Year of the Snake. Symbolising transformation, creativity, and the quest for stability, the Snake invites us to embrace change and nurture growth. This year holds the promise of personal and professional progress, offering abundant opportunities for those ready to seize them.
On January 11, the angel numbers 111 appeared, a powerful symbol of alignment and new beginnings. To honour this auspicious day, I shared a simple ritual on Instagram, inviting you to embrace the magic and manifestation of intention. My focus for this year is clear yet profound: to support your journey through life by offering guidance, and sharing the wisdom I've gathered from my own experiences. Together, embracing practical tools that help us live our best lives (year!) with grace and vitality.
The start of the year is brimming with fresh opportunities to move, connect, and nurture ourselves, and I am so excited to share them with you!

With my move across the river, I’m delighted to announce several new class offerings at inspiring studios:
🧘🏻♀️ Paola’s BodyBar, Fulham High Street (Thursday Evenings)
• 5:30 PM: A dynamic Vinyasa flow to energise your evening.
• 6:45 PM: A deeply nourishing Yin practice to restore balance.
🧘🏻♀️ Phoenix Yoga, Putney (Saturday Mornings)
• 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM: A juicy and energising Vinyasa practice to kick-start your weekend!
🧘🏻♀️ The Life Centre, Notting Hill (Sundays Mornings)
• 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: A unique 75-minute Yin-Yang class that blends dynamic flow with grounding yin to harmonise body and mind.
🐍 Triple Goddess Yoga Platform February Offerings
Our monthly Triple Goddess Yoga classes return in February, offering a sacred space for self-care (in the privacy of your own home!) to nourish and restore:
• Sunday, 2nd February - UPPER BODY
• Sunday, 23rd February - LOWER BODY
Both sessions will explore themes of self-nourishment, reconnecting with your breath-body, and delving deep in to dense fascia. These classes will leave you feeling like you have had a massage!
As we embrace the new year, I invite you to join me on the mat as a practice of self-care, whether for a dynamic flow, a soothing MyoYin practice, or a special workshop. Together, we’ll move through the year with intention, health and vitality.
