NEW Yin Yoga Class for World Menopause Day available in the free library

🌍 On World Menopause Day, we practiced for this year's theme - Heart Health! 🫀 This Yin Yoga class was extremely nourishing for our torsos, releasing tight backs and nurturing our chest space. This class addressed issues like irregular heartbeat, heart palpitations, skipped heartbeats, and irregular heart rhythm. If you've been experiencing any of these symptoms, it's time to roll out your mat and join our mobilising Yin class.
