Embracing Autumn

Where does the time go? It feels like I've blinked, and now the long summer days are drawing to a close, with a gentle chill starting to mist the air.


This month, I step into a new phase of life as I move into a new home, in perfect alignment with the energy of the New Moon—symbolizing fresh starts, new practices, and endless possibilities. As I embrace this change, I encourage you to consider: What new experiences, goals, or dreams are you ready to bring into your life? The Universe is offering us a powerful moment to set intentions and manifest what we truly desire. What are you ready to welcome with open arms? Let’s embark on these cooler months with excitement, intention, and a deep sense of possibility.






As we transition into autumn, I’ve curated two nourishing practices to help our bodies and minds adjust to the seasonal shift. These practices will focus on using the ultimate prop - a chair for Chair Yoga, designed to support joint health and relieve muscle tightness during these cooler months. The chair will ease us in gently to motivate us to keep up our yoga practices.

Sunday, 8th September, 5:00 PM Lower Body Focus


Get ready to release and open up your lower body with a Yin-style Chair Yoga practice. Have your tennis ball or, ideally, spiky myofascial balls ready, along with a yoga strap for deep stretching and tension release.

Join us for Chair yoga with a special focus on the upper body. You’ll need a strap and, an elastic band or a hair tie for some gentle yet effective stretches!

Last month in August, we dedicated our time on the mat to deep, profound release, addressing the tension that often accumulates when we stray from our regular exercise routine, whether due to travel or the long, indulgent days of summer. These two practices are designed specifically to move dense, stuck energy and can be particularly effective if you're dealing with an injury. They provide exactly what the body needs to reset, heal, and realign with a sense of ease and flow.
