DEFYING THE ODDS
A flow of stretches and weight baring exercises to help ‘defy the odds’ (the odds being every other woman will experience some kind of osteoporosis). In this gentle flow suitable also for beginners we take our own body weight to help strengthen the bones.
The sequence includes the following body areas:
Neck
Wrist
Fingers
Arms
Shoulders
Hips
