Muscle Tension

Everyday life is a constant negotiation of engaging our physical body. With the onset of perimenopause and its many symptoms associated with stress and anxiety, this can lead to increased tightness in the muscles. Without the outlet to release this build-up muscle cramps and strains can become an everyday occurrence.

Our Triple Goddess Yin and Restorative classes can help elongate and soften muscle tissue. Some of the specific practices we teach are similar to having a deep tissue massage! Combined with our relaxation techniques and breathing exercises they all contribute to relaxing and easing muscle tension.
