Memory Lapses
During menopause it has been reported that temporary memory lapses can occur, this is not your everyday forgetfulness or general scatterbrain but a specific moment where a total blankness is experienced.
At Triple Goddess Yoga we encourage a daily meditation practice, specifically to help stimulate the pituitary gland. This combined with breathing exercises help focus your attention and increases oxygen intake to support the health and function of your brain.
