Hot Flash (also called Hot Flush)

Triple-Goddess-Yoga_edited_edited.png

This is the most commonly reported symptom of menopause, affecting two thirds of women. Hot flashes are experienced as a rising heat on the chest, neck and face creating an overwhelming rush of heat to these areas in particular. This causes the body to overheat and is often accompanied with heavy sweating.
