Hot Flash (also called Hot Flush)

This is the most commonly reported symptom of menopause, affecting two thirds of women. Hot flashes are experienced as a rising heat on the chest, neck and face creating an overwhelming rush of heat to these areas in particular. This causes the body to overheat and is often accompanied with heavy sweating.

Our special Triple Goddess Yoga ‘Hot Flash’ classes, align the mind and body with the breath to train your senses to remain calm during an attack. By remaining calm we stabilise the effect of the sudden change in temperature and discomfort whilst experiencing a hot flash.
Specific meditations, breathing exercises and ‘Sound Healing’ journeys found in our library, soothe the nervous system and adrenals, restoring balance during and after a hot flash. Learn these effective strategies to equip yourself for times of need during a hot flash.
