Many women who have had hormone related headaches and migraines may find that these headaches become more frequent and more severe especially during the perimenopause as the hormone levels fluctuate. 


At Triple Goddess Yoga we believe a regular yoga practice helps to reduce the intensity and frequency of headaches. Specific yoga postures around the upper torso help release tension build-up and ease your mind into a state of relaxation. Whilst our breathing exercises allow a generous supply of quality oxygen intake to clear the mind. At Triple Goddess Yoga we also encourage harmonising practices such as meditation and sound journeys to help transport you to a state of Zen.
