Menopause Chair Yoga
Menopause Chair Yoga is a fantastic alternative to traditional mat practice. 🪑 (Not to be confused with a senior chair practice) During our session, we worked on mobilising the joints, targeting the 36 menopause symptoms including joint pain, muscle tightness, menobelly, and tight hips and hamstrings, all in this one session! You can pick up some menohacks also – daily, on-the-spot relief mobilising movements to combat stiffness and find some much-needed comfort.

WORLD MENOPAUSE DAY
🌍 On World Menopause Day, we practiced for this year's theme - Heart Health! 💓 This Yin Yoga class was extremely nourishing for our torsos, releasing tight backs and nurturing our chest space. Bone Health
Osteoporosis is defined as a weakening of the bones. Many women may develop osteoporosis as a result of menopause and aging. The lack of estrogen, a natural effect of menopause, is causally related to decreases in bone density.
Remember, it’s never too late to start taking action for your bones - even after a diagnosis. A few simple exercises incorporated into a daily routine can help strengthen the bone density.
