During the onset of the menopause, you may notice an increase in sweat or that your natural scent changes.
Sweating is a bodily function that primarily helps regulate our body temperature. However, it has another essential role in clearing waste products and toxins through the sweat glands. At Triple Goddess Yoga, our ‘active’ classes will encourage heat to rise helping the body detoxify and bring balance to your natural scent and having you smelling sweet as roses!
