Retreat Schedule Overview
 
Thursday — Arrival & Grounding
Arrival to the estate from the afternoon.
Access to our private lounge and Yoga Barn from 2pm.
Bedroom check-in from 4pm.
 
After settling in, the retreat begins gently with time to arrive, integrate and unwind.
Optional arrival massages will be available before our opening evening together, followed by a deeply restorative Yin practice with Gong Bath and nourishing dinner.
 
Friday & Saturday — Practice, Restore & Reset
Two full days immersed in yoga, nature and deep restoration.
 
Morning Practice
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
(Approx. 1.5–2 hours)
 
Afternoon Workshop
Lymphatic Drainage & Bareface Yoga
(Approx. 1 hour)
 
Early Evening Practice
Yin Yoga & Myofascial Release Workshops
(Approx. 1.5–2 hours)
Between sessions there will be plenty of time to rest, explore the estate, receive treatments, enjoy the fires, walk in nature or simply pause.

Shared Occupancy (per person): £1090
A £200 deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due by 31st August 2026. Flexible instalment plans are available.
 
As an Early Bird gift, bookings paid in full before 30th June 2026 will receive a second complimentary treatment of your choice during the retreat.
