Anxiety is an emotion experienced by everyone, however as many as a third of menopausal women may experience a much heightened level of anxiety causing distress and discomfort.

Our relaxation and breathing classes teach techniques to help you manage and calm your anxiety. Along with our recommended meditations and ‘Sound Journeys’ these help to ease distress. In our library we have short specialised tutorials and practices to help you feel more in control of your emotions and to bring you balance.
