We’ll work from head to toe, exploring 12 key lymphatic areas and putting everything together into a practical sequence that you can actually use at home. This is not clinical or medical lymphatic drainage. It is a general wellbeing and self-care practice designed to give you a practical understanding of your lymphatic system and simple ways to support natural movement and flow.
