Itchy Skin

Oestrogen along with collagen, keeps our skin healthy, plump and firm. During menopause as the hormone levels rise and fall the texture of the skin may become dry and flaky causing itchiness.

At Triple Goddess Yoga we teach specific cooling and breathing exercises which are super effective in decreasing your body temperature. Lowering the temperature will take your mind away from the skin irritation and distract the attention away from the physical symptom of itchiness.
